Half of what we list will be controversial inside the team. Reasoned dissent is the job. Avoiding the conversation is not.

We are building for a decade. Brand and credibility are slow assets. We do not trade them for short-term volume.

You will own the funding-rate curve and the matching-engine integration. You have built a perp DEX, a clearinghouse, or a derivatives matching engine before, or you have written a CFMM and want to graduate.

Engineer, oracles & catalog
Markets Engineering
You will operate the multi-source oracle stack and the catalog ingestion pipeline. You like data engineering more than ML and you want to read RFCs about Chainlink. You will negotiate signed feeds with platforms.
DESIGN
Lead product designer
Product Design
You will own the product surface end-to-end: trading app, catalog, partner dashboard, and the marketing site you are reading. We are very particular about typography and very particular about you.
RESEARCH
Catalog editor, sports & creators
Catalog & Methodology
You will decide what counts as a metric for the people in your verticals, write listing prospectuses, and defend the index methodology in print. Background in sports analytics, journalism, or quant research.
OPS
Listing operations, founding hire
Compliance & Listing
You will run the listing committee, manage subject onboarding for the partner program, and operate the delisting SLA. You have run a listing function at an exchange or a stablecoin issuer.
GROWTH
Editor, journal & external comms
Marketing
You will run this journal. You will write half the posts, edit the other half, and pitch the strongest ones to financial press. You read FT, Bloomberg, and Defector with equal seriousness.
